I was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan, gratefully on the edge of Wascana Park—one of the largest urban parks in North America. Surrounded by trees, water, and open sky, I felt most at home in nature’s embrace. That early connection to the land became the foundation for my lifelong journey into energy, spirit, and healing.

Today, I live on the beautiful West Coast of British Columbia, where I continue to deepen my relationship with the ancient energies of the mountains, forests, and waters. I respectfully acknowledge that I reside on the ancestral, traditional, and unceded Indigenous lands of the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations.

Though I was always sensitive to energy and intuitive by nature, these gifts were not acknowledged in the 1970s. Like many, I tried to live a “normal” life—pushing aside what I truly felt and who I truly was. But the longing for something more never left me. After navigating years of depression, darkness, and self-discovery, I found my path—one rooted in healing, spirit, and deep inner knowing.

My spiritual journey has led me to study and apprentice in a wide range of modalities, including Core Shamanism, Animism, energy healing, sound healing, ritual, and ceremony. I have been blessed to learn from powerful teachers—Shamans, energy workers, and Indigenous medicine people—who have helped me awaken the gifts that were always within me.

Over the past two years, I’ve deepened my practice through the study of sound and frequency healing. I am now a certified Vibroacoustic Therapy Practitioner and offer Voice Harmony Analysis to support vibrational alignment and deep healing for a wide range of physical, mental and emotional ailments.

In this work, I’ve come home to myself. What once felt like a scattered path has become a woven tapestry of experience, wisdom, and soul. My own healing journey—through the dark night of the soul, through the void, through transformation—deeply informs the work I now offer others.

My mission is to provide a sacred, supportive space for healing and transformation. I offer loving guidance and soul-level healing through Shamanic energy work, intuitive medicine, and the wisdom gained through my own journey. Together, we gently release what no longer serves you and welcome back the parts of you that are ready to return home.

Along my journey I have learned and been inspired by many people, teachers and those who I now call friends. I am eternally grateful to indigenous medicine teachers like Joe Greenland (Fox Dreamer) and Leonhard Cardinal (Thunderbird Inc) who have passed on their infinite wisdom and knowledge and who also graciously welcomed me into their healing night lodges and shaking tent ceremonies. My mentor Melanie O’Leary (Soul Sanctuary) under whom I graciously apprenticed with in Earth & Soul Medicine including Spiritual Journeying, Animism, Sound Healing and so much more for over two years (and continue to learn and be inspired by today). And Shamanic practitioner and teacher Christina Pratt (Last Mask Center) under whom I also continue to study with.
